Artisans Collective
The Artisans Collective is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to supporting and nurturing the artisans in the greater Yarmouth, Maine, area by providing them with the opportunity to develop, exhibit, and sell their work, increasing awareness and appreciation of the visual arts, and building an art community of mutual support, cooperation, and education.
Our purpose is to support a vibrant community of artisans under a juried system, to enhance professional development among local artists, and to benefit our community as a whole. The founding members of the Collective represent a diverse range of mediums, from painting and photography to pastels and pottery.
United by the belief that a community thrives when its arts are strong, the Artisans Collective seeks not only to sell artwork but to educate the public about art and creativity.
